Login Name
Your login name is the first initial of your first name, followed by your last name, all lowercase. For example: If your name is Johann Schmidt, your login name is jschmidt.
If you and another person joined with a family membership and provided us with more than one name, there is a record for each of you in the system, and each of you will have a login name. For example, for a family membership that includes Johann and Maria Schmidt, Johann and Maria will have login names jschmidt and mschmidt, respectively.
Password
Your password is the first letter of your first name, your zipcode, and the first letter of your last name, all letters lowercase. For example: Johann Schmidt living in zipcode 21401 would have a password of j21401s.
Click on the ? icon to the right of the Login Name or Password field if you have misplaced your login name or password. The login name or password re-set instructions will be sent to the email address entered in your profile from your membership application.
